Customizable One-Piece Motorcycle Leather Suits

Find your one-piece motorcycle leather suit for track days and sport riding. Every MATT Racing leather suit is CE AAA certified. Customization isn’t just for professional racers: choose colors, add your name, race number and sponsor logos, or create an original design, depending on the model. All our one-piece suits are compatible with In&motion and Alpinestars Tech-Air airbags, and every model is available with an integrated HELITE airbag. For U.S. and other International orders, suits are currently made to measure. We send you a first leather suit to check the fit in your riding position, then refine the measurements and feel before making your final suit. Our fitting process guarantees a tailored fit for riders of every body type.

How it works

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between cowhide and kangaroo leather?

Kangaroo leather is thinner, lighter, and more supple than cowhide. It can reduce a suit’s weight by up to 3 kg, depending on the rider’s size. It is slightly more susceptible to abrasion, but many championship riders choose it for its lightness and comfort.

How do your suit models differ?

BLACK EDITION comes in standard sizes with a fixed black design.

Sponsor logos are available as an optional extra.

MERCURY and MXRS use preset designs with your choice of colors. Sponsor logos are available as an optional extra. See each product page to compare the designs.

GP offers a fully custom design, including colors and logos.

MATT RACING brand logos cannot be moved or removed.

Do the suits include a back protector?

Yes. Each suit has a removable back protector in the lining: CE Level 1 for BLACK EDITION and fitting suits, and CE Level 2 for custom suits.

If you have a Tech-Air or In&Motion-type airbag vest with a built-in back protector, we recommend removing our back protector from its slot.

For track days, we recommend bringing a rigid back protector worn with shoulder straps or webbing, as requirements vary by organizer and track. If you use a back protector with shoulder straps, we recommend removing our back protector from its slot.

What does CE AAA certification mean?

The CE AAA standard is the highest standard for protective gear. MATT RACING is proud to be one of the first brands to achieve this standard for customizable gear.

This makes your MATT RACING gear the safest customizable motorcycle protective gear on the market!

What if my final custom suit does not fit correctly?

The initial fitting suit helps us check your measurements and refine the fit before making your final custom suit. We strongly recommend riding in it to break in the leather and give us useful feedback.

If your final custom suit does not fit correctly, MATT RACING will cover the necessary alterations. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving it, after riding in it and breaking in the leather.

We will ask for measurements to assess the issue before arranging the adjustments.

Can my fitting suit be altered?

The fitting suit is used to check your measurements and refine the fit of your final custom suit. If you would like the fitting suit itself altered, we can provide a quote at a reduced rate.

Can my suit be altered if my measurements change?

Depending on your needs and what is technically possible, we can provide a quote at a reduced rate for alterations or a new suit with the same design. Email your request and photos to contact@matt-racing.com.

I already own a made-to-measure MATT RACING suit. Do I need another fitting suit?

If you already own a made-to-measure MATT RACING suit, the fit still works for you, and you do not want another fitting suit, you can benefit from a lower price. Contact us through the chat to discuss your options.

Which one-piece motorcycle suit should I choose for a track day?

A one-piece leather suit is built for a sport riding position and helps keep armor in place. If you prefer an all-black look, explore the BLACK EDITION. To choose colors on an existing design, compare the MERCURY and MXRS. For a completely original design, choose the GP. The right suit depends on how you ride, the look you want and the fit you need.

Can I customize a one-piece motorcycle leather suit?

Yes. Customization is for track-day riders, not only professional racers. Depending on the model, choose colors, add your name, race number and sponsor logos, or create your own graphics. The BLACK EDITION keeps its black design, with optional logos. Design customization and fit are separate choices.

Are the suits compatible with In&motion, Tech-Air and integrated HELITE airbags?

Yes. Every MATT Racing one-piece suit is compatible with In&motion and Alpinestars Tech-Air airbags, and every model is available with an integrated HELITE airbag. Tell us which system and version you use when ordering so we can configure the suit and refine its fit.

How does the made-to-measure fitting process work for U.S. orders?

Made-to-measure fitting is currently the option for U.S. and other international orders. We start with your measurements and send you a first leather suit to try in your riding position. Tell us how it feels and what you would like changed. We refine the measurements and cut to match your body and preferences before making your final suit. Our fit guarantee covers all body types.
