COMFORT :
With two outside zipped pockets, this best-seller features a removable winter inner vest with two pockets and an inner lining in meché fabric and lycra with 2 additional pockets. It also features neoprene around the neck, wrists and ankles to prevent chafing. All for unprecedented comfort on the road and track.
PERFORMANCE :
Its leather is microperforated on the bust area, only at the collarbones, but this microperforation can be on the whole front bust area and on the front parts of the legs, on request. Innovative tank grips on knees and thighs, and removable PU knee sliders. An aerodynamic hump is available as an option for a Racing effect, but not recommended if you're riding with a backpack.

Frequently asked questions
How much time do I have to finalize the process ?
After purchase, you will have 6 months if your order was placed during a promotional period, and 12 months outside promotional periods, to finalize your order. In other words, we must have received and validated all the measurements and your model before the end of this period. After that, rest assured, nothing is lost, but your order will be subject to a price adjustment based on the current rates outside the current promotional period, so that you can continue with your order process.
What's the difference between cowhide and kangaroo leather ?
Kangaroo leather is finer, lighter and more elastic than cowhide. A real pyjama! We can save up to 3kg with kangaroo leather, depending on size. On the other hand, it is slightly more fragile to abrasion, but rest assured, if most championship riders take kangaroo leather from us, it's because these advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.
Are MATT Racing racing suits FIM approved ?
Yes, of course! We are FIM and DORNA approved.
What are the differences between our wetsuit models ?
The BLACK Edition wetsuit is only available in standard sizes, and cannot be customized in terms of design or color.
However, you can add your partners' logos (optional)!
Both the Mercury and MXRS suits are color-customizable only. They have a well-defined design, and your partners' logos can be added (optional). You can see the difference between the two models in the images on each product page.
The GP combination is 100% customizable in terms of color, logo and design.
On every MATT RACING product, the brand logos cannot be moved or removed.
Is there an integrated back brace in the suits ?
Yes, you'll find a removable back protector in the lining of every suit, CE level 1 for BLACK Edition and FIT suits, and CE level 2 for custom suits.
If you have an In&Motion-type airbag vest that already has an integrated liner, we recommend removing our liner from its slot. Please note that for track days, we advise you to use a rigid back protector that can be attached to your body (via straps or belts), as this depends on the organizer and circuit. What's more, like the airbag vest, if you have a back protector with shoulder straps, we advise you to remove our back protector from its place.
What is the CE AAA standard that our suits carry ?
CE AAA is the highest standard for protective equipment. MATT RACING is proud to be one of the first brands to obtain this standard on customizable equipment.
This makes your MATT RACING equipment the safest, customizable motorcycle protection on the market!
Can I pay in instalments ?
You can pay for your order up to 4X free of charge on our website via the credit management company Alma or PAYPAL.
What can I do if the template for my customized suit doesn't fit ?
The 1st Zen option fitting suit is there to validate your measurements and adjust them for the final customized suit. It's imperative that you ride with the fitting suit and relax the leather, so as to get dynamic and constructive feedback for the final suit.
In spite of this, if your final suit does not fit, MATT RACING will take care of the alterations to your suit. Your request must be made within 14 days of receiving your personalized suit and after having ridden with and relaxed the leather.
Some measurements will then be requested for verification and understanding of what has happened, and full responsibility will be taken for any necessary adjustments.
Can I have the fitting suit altered if it doesn't fit ?
This fitting combination is used to validate your measurements and adjust them for the final customized combination. If you later wish to have the fitting suit altered, we can provide you with a quotation for a low-cost alteration.
If my measurements change, can I have my suit altered ?
We can, of course, offer you a quotation for the reworking of your suit or a new suit with an identical design, at a lower cost depending on your needs and technical feasibility. To find out more, send us your request for retouching with photos by e-mail to contact@matt-racing.com
I already own a custom MATT Racing suit. Do I need to have the fitting suit ?
If you already own a MATT Racing custom suit and the template suits you, and you don't want a fitting suit, you can of course benefit from a more attractive price. Ask us via chat so we can discuss it!
I want 2 identical personalized suits. Is that possible ?
If you require 2 identical customized suits in addition to the fitting suit, you will benefit from an exclusive price for the second customized suit. Just ask in the chat.
