How much time do I have to finalize the process ?
After purchase, you will have 6 months if your order was placed during a promotional period, and 12 months outside promotional periods, to finalize your order. In other words, we must have received and validated all the measurements and your model before the end of this period. What's the difference between cowhide and kangaroo leather ?
Kangaroo leather is finer, lighter and more elastic than cowhide. A real pyjama! We can save up to 3kg with kangaroo leather, depending on size. Can I pay in instalments ?
You can pay for your order up to 4X free of charge on our website via the credit management company Alma or PAYPAL.
What can I do if the size of my customized pants doesn't suit me ?
The 1st adjustment pant of the Zen option is there to validate your measurements and adjust them for the final personalized jacket. It's imperative that you ride with the fit pants on and relax the leather, so that we can give you dynamic, constructive feedback for the final pants.
Despite this, if your final pants do not fit, MATT RACING will take care of the alterations to your pants. Your request must be made within 14 days of receiving your personalized pants, and after you've rolled with them and relaxed the leather.
