Frequently asked questions
How much time do I have to finalize the process ?
After purchase, you will have 6 months if your order was placed during a promotional period, and 12 months outside promotional periods, to finalize your order. In other words, we must have received and validated your artwork before the end of this period. After that date, rest assured, nothing is lost, but your order will be subject to a price adjustment based on the current rates, excluding promotions, so that you can continue your order process.
What's the difference between cowhide and kangaroo leather ?
Kangaroo leather is finer, lighter and more elastic than cowhide. A real pyjama! On the other hand, it is slightly more fragile to abrasion, but rest assured, if most championship riders take kangaroo leather from us, it's because these advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.
What are the differences between our glove models ?
BLACK Edition gloves are available in standard sizes only, and cannot be customized.
RACING2, SPORTS and ROAD gloves are color-customizable only. You can add a logo on the cuff. You can see the difference between the two models in the images on each product page.
MATT RACING brand logos cannot be moved or removed from any MATT RACING product.
Can I pay in instalments ?
You can pay for your order up to 4X free of charge on our website via the credit management company Alma or PAYPAL.
