Why stop the ZEN option?
For more than three years, our ZEN option has been offered as a complement to our tailor-made service. Designed to offer a seamless, reassuring and ultra-personalized customer experience, it quickly won over the most demanding pilots. Tried, tested and approved... this approach has proven that it goes far beyond a simple ancillary service.
Today, it has become the new standard in our tailor-made process.

Because your standards deserve excellence. And because top-of-the-range equipment cannot suffer the slightest compromise.
A rethought made-to-measure experience: more upscale, more precise, more reassuring
As you know, there's more to motorcycle equipment than looks. It has to protect you, follow your movements, and make you forget it's there.
That's why we've included the ex-ZEN option in every custom order. Here's how the MATT RACING experience works from now on:
1. Personalized videocall
It all starts with a video appointment with one of our experts. During this session, we take you step-by-step through your measurements. No more doubts about arm circumference or leg length: we'll guide you live so that every centimetre is just right.
2. Receiving top-of-the-range fitting leather
Once your measurements have been validated, you'll receive a leather fitting at home. This is black, CE AAA-standard equipment, 100% made-to-measure, not personalized. This leather belongs to you, and it's not just a prototype or a test jacket: it's real, high-end equipment, designed to be worn and used.
3. You ride. You feel. You adjust.
This leather fit is made for riding. It's designed to relax naturally with your body, on the road or on the track. It's in these real-life moments, on the handlebars, that you can feel what needs to be tweaked to achieve perfection.
4. 1 video for : the final adjustment
After several riding sessions, you make a video with our equipment, sharing your feelings, needs and desires. We then fine-tune the final subtleties that will make your future personalized equipment a veritable second skin.
5. Customized leather manufacture
Once the adjustments have been validated, we launch the manufacture of your final custom-made equipment, integrating your design, your colors, your logos... in short: your identity. Meanwhile, your fitting leather can continue to accompany you - as a second piece of gear for training, the road, or rainy days.
A process now extended to jackets and pants
And because our standards don't stop at the suit, this process is now available for our made-to-measure jackets and pants. Same logic, same quality, same support.
Whether you're a seasoned racer or a road enthusiast, your jacket deserves as much precision as a racing leather. At MATT RACING, there's no such thing as "small equipment". There's your gear, made to last, to protect, and to accompany you in style.
Adjustable standard size ? Always available.
Of course, our customizable leather, adjustable standard sizes are still available for men. And we go one step further: every standard size can be adjusted thanks to our "Quickadjust" service, which is now an integral part of the standard sizing process (two sizes sent, fittings, returns included, fitting video...). But this process, unique in the world, will have the privilege of a future article, just for it!
ATTENTION: The standard adjustable size is currently only available in Europe. We will make it available in other countries as soon as we have partners and distributors who can send leather in standard trial sizes to customers so that they can choose which standard size is best for them.

A simple leather adjustment? No. A fully-fledged piece of equipment.
We insist: the fitting leather is heavy-duty. It meets CE AAA standards, and is certified by in&motion and HELITE airbag technologies, just like our top-of-the-range suits. It's not a sample. It's a real suit, designed in the same workshops, with the same high standards of quality. The reinforcements, protections etc... all the elements that make up this leather are relative to a standard-size suit that you'll be able to find at your preferred retailer for between 800 and 900$... Except that it's not made-to-measure....
Its cut is sober, its color black, but its performance is up to scratch. Many of our customers use it as a second suit for rain or technical riding. It even takes its place in top-level competitions such as the EWC (Endurance world Championship).Â
Few motorcycle brands in Europe go this far in customer support. This hybrid process, between haute couture and sports engineering, is exclusive to MATT RACING.
